Spring Wreath

Hi -

Seems like forever since I updated my blog.  Hope I remember how!  LOL.  I have been just super busy with work and my weekends have been packed with family stuff.  About a week ago I cut several paper flowers from the Close to my Heart Art Philosophy cartridge.  I just had then out and was rolling and gluing them as I watched TV.  When I got them all done I glued them along with some green silk leaves I had in my stash to a chipboard circle and tided a ribbon to the top to hang it.  These little flowers are quite addicting.
Supplies: Chipboard, Silk Leaves (Oriental Trading), Cardstock (The Paper Co.), Stickles (Ranger), Ribbon (Offray), Cricut & Art Philosophy cartridge (Provo Craft).

Be Mine - Banner

Hello -
I hope everyone is doing great.  I am feeling a bit under the weather today.  I made a banner last weekend before I caught this cold.  Since I can't do much else today I thought I would share a picture of it with all of you.

It was my first banner attempt and a little difficult to photograph.  I like it but don't really have a great place to put it so I am going to send it to school with my daughter for one of her teachers to hang in their classroom.

Supplies:  Cardstock (The Paper Co. & American Crafts), Stickles (Ranger), Crop-o-dile & Eyelets (We R Memory Keepers), Ribbon (CTMH), Cricut, Gypsy, Celebrate with Flourish, Chic & Scary, MS Seasonal Cake Cart & Storybook cartridges(Provo Craft).

Be Mine

Hi~

Hope all is well and everyone is staying warm.  I think I am ready for spring!  However since we are not quite there yet I thought I would make a couple of Valentine's to share on my blog.  I used the Martha Stewart Elegant Cake Art and the Martha Stewart Seasonal Cake Art cartridges in my regular Expression machine.  I don't actually own the cake machine (yet).  I just could not pass on these cartridges since they were only $30 each at Custom Crops.  I love all the MS boarder punches and these cartridges had so many cuts I could use for all those great boarders!

Supplies:  Cardstock (Georgia Pacific & The Paper Co.), embossing folder (Sizzix), Cuttlebug, Cricut, Martha Stewart Seasonal Cake Art & Martha Stewart Elegant Cake Art cartridges (Provo Craft).

Ice Skate Card...

Hello -

Today I wanted to share a card I made just after Christmas with a leftover cut I had planned to use as a tag.  I was cleaning off my desk and decided to make my first Christmas card of 2012.  It is a 4.25" square card.

Supplies: Cardstock (Georgia Pacific & The Paper Co.), Pattern Paper (Recollections), Stickles (Ranger), Stamps (My Pink Stamper), Cricut & Winter Woodland Cartridge (Provo Craft).

This got me thinking that I would like to do a few Christmas cards each month so I am not scrambling at the end of the year.  I hope you don't mind  if I share them even when it spring and summer.  :)

MPS Blog Hop

Hi Everyone -

Today I am posting my card I made based on the My Pink Stamper Pinkalicious Blog Hop.  Her challenge is to make something using the theme "a fresh clean start".  I really had to think about this one but then remembered my friend got a promotion at her work recently and thought what a great way to start the new year.  I made her this congratulations card.
Supplies:  Cardstock (The Paper Co.), Ribbon (CTMH), Cricut & Paper Lace Cartridge (Provo Craft).

Pennants for Lockers

Hi Everyone -

I hope you had a great Thanksgiving Holiday.  Did anyone do any Black Friday shopping.  I did venture out to Wal-Mart.  Did not get everything I wanted but I did get a Wii for my daughter and some other household things.  Over all I was pretty happy to get out of there in one piece.  I typically do not venture out to the retail stores on Black Friday.  I did shop JoAnn's online and Custom Crops online so I do have a few crafty things on the way.

Today I am sharing some pennants I made at my daughter's request.  She is a cheerleader and wanted to hang these on all the basketball and cheerleader's lockers.   Sorry for the mess on my desk.  This is a photo I took with my cell phone to send her a picture to see if this is what she had in mind.
Supplies: Cardstock (American Crafts), Quick Dry adhesive (Scotch), and Cricut, Gypsy, Locker Talk, Base Camp, 3 Birds-Life's a Party cartridges (Provo Craft).

Pumpkin Card

Hello -

Happy Saturday everyone.  I am so glad it's the weekend.  Last week was particularly hard at work.  Too many meeting combined with too many deadlines.  Crafting is my stress relief so I spent a little time with my Cricut.  Today I am going to share another card I made for my Halloween series.  This cut is from the card feature on mini monsters.
Supplies: Cardstock (American Crafts), Cricut & Mini Monsters cartridge (Provo Craft), Stickles (Ranger), Dimensionals (Stampin Up!) & Embossing Folder (Sizzix).

PS - I have had a few new followers lately and I wanted to say thank you to all of you.  I love sharing what I create and I love visiting all your blogs too!
